Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy

The Tape Stop does not currently offer paid plans or subscriptions. Tips sent to artists are one-time payments processed by Stripe and do not renew. This policy applies to any paid plans The Tape Stop offers in the future, and its payment and refund terms apply to tips where relevant.

Plans and charges

Before checkout we disclose the exact price, currency, billing interval, included limits, trial terms (if any), renewal terms, and applicable taxes. Your chosen plan and its checkout disclosure are part of your agreement. Stripe or another processor may process payments.

Automatic renewal

If a plan renews automatically, you authorize recurring charges at the disclosed interval until you cancel. Checking a separate renewal-consent box is required at checkout. After you subscribe, we email you a confirmation that states the renewal terms and how to cancel. We impose no undisclosed recurring fees.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time online from your account, or by emailing Nassausemi@gmail.com. If you signed up online, you can cancel online. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the current paid term unless checkout stated otherwise or the law requires otherwise. We confirm cancellation and its effective date in writing.

Refunds

Unless the law requires or checkout promises otherwise, fees for a started billing period are nonrefundable. We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion. This policy does not limit statutory refund, chargeback, or cancellation rights.

Failed payments and changes

We may retry failed charges, notify you, and suspend paid features after notice. We give advance notice of material price changes and honor required consent and cancellation rights. Payment does not license any third-party music.
