Information collected

Depending on the features you use, we may collect: account details (name, email, username); uploaded content and metadata; subscription status and transaction identifiers; technical logs (IP address, device and browser, security events); communications and copyright notices; and records of your acceptance of our terms. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.

Purposes

We use information to create and secure accounts; host and deliver content you select; manage payments and subscriptions; respond to support requests and copyright complaints; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and monitor service reliability. We send marketing only with consent or an opt-out, as the law requires.

Sharing

We share information as needed with hosting, CDN and storage providers, payment processors, authentication vendors, security and analytics vendors, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. A copyright counter-notification, including your name and contact details, is forwarded to the complainant as the law requires. Public artist profiles and public content are visible to others according to your settings. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep data as reasonably needed for operating the service, legal compliance, disputes, abuse prevention, and our retention practices. Account and content data are kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable period after you delete content or close your account. Records of terms acceptances, rights confirmations, copyright complaints, counter-notifications, and enforcement decisions are kept after deletion for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with law, handle disputes, and apply our Repeat-Infringer Policy. Deleted content may remain briefly in backups. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service is completely secure.

Rights and choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available to you under applicable law at Nassausemi@gmail.com. Rights are subject to lawful exceptions, including our need to keep records of copyright complaints and enforcement. You can manage visibility and communication settings in your account.

Children and international use

The service is for adults 18 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data and will delete it when found.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage, including the sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in to your account. When you send a tip, payment is completed on Stripe's checkout page, which sets its own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy and provide any consent or opt-out controls the law requires.

Changes

We will update this policy for material changes and give notice where the law requires.
