Repeat-Infringer Policy

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We apply this policy in good faith, using documented notices, removals, credible evidence, counter-notices, and other relevant facts. A court judgment is not required. We do not promise a fixed number of strikes.

We may immediately restrict or terminate accounts in serious cases, including systematic infringement, evasion of takedowns, or reuploading removed material. We account for mistakes, withdrawn notices, and credible counter-notices. Accounts may be suspended during investigation. Deleting a file does not erase its record. We prohibit replacement accounts created to evade enforcement and may treat related accounts together. To dispute an enforcement decision, contact Nassausemi@gmail.com.
